Interested in being a community admin for QueUp?
As a member of our community admin team, you’ll collaborate directly with QueUp admins and help us with a whole bunch of different projects as well as supporting our users. We’re looking for someone who is super passionate about what we’re doing and wants to help us take QueUp to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Support our users through our ticket system and on our Discord server. This includes helping users with any questions or concerns, organizing suggestions and bugs
- Work with the admins on various projects and tasks
- Help promote and grow QueUp safely

Requirements
To be considered for this role you must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Have been signed up for over 6 months
- Have a Discord account and be in the QueUp server
- Be willing to sign an NDA (this is to ensure any information you have access to is legally protected)
- Speak English well enough to communicate with the admins and our users
Additional Notes
Here’s some things you should know before applying
- This is a volunteer role and therefore unpaid
- We may ask that you join our occasional meetings (mic only)
- We use first names in some places, so you need to be happy with this being publicly visible
- We don’t set strict hour requirements for working on QueUp each week, but we do hope you’ll be fairly active
- You’re not expected to know the full ins and outs of how QueUp works, but a good understanding of the site will help
